HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA — A new restaurant has filled the space vacated by the Farm and Fisherman Tavern that closed over a year ago.
The Scratch Kitchen by Gallo's — a new concept by Gallo's Seafood — held its soft opening this past weekend at its location off Horsham Road.
The Scratch Kitchen has yet to receive its liquor license to serve alcohol, but was open to feature handcrafted dishes created by Chef Bob DeLange.
DeLange is bringing his signature approach to quality, flavor, and technique to the location at 575 Horsham Road..
"We're creating a neighborhood place and a gathering table," The Scratch Kitchen said. "Horsham, we're excited."
The Scratch Kitchen is a new concept inspired by everything we’ve learned and loved over the years. Think of it as a spin-off from Gallo’s—featuring favorite Gallo’s classics alongside new chef-driven dishes, fresh flavors, and exciting additions.
"Many of us know Gallo’s Seafood in Northeast Philadelphia," township officials said. "We are delighted they chose Horsham Township for their new concept. We can’t wait until they open, but right now they are hiring and need to fill positions."
"Our goal with The Scratch Kitchen is simple. We wish to create a warm, welcoming neighborhood spot where quality ingredients, scratch-made food, and genuine hospitality come together," The Scratch Kitchen said.
