HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA — When The Scratch Kitchen by Gallo's opened in June, it did so without a liquor license.

New patrons at the former Farm and Fisherman Tavern were told that the liquor license would be coming. And now it has arrived.

The Scratch Kitchen by Gallo's Seafood said it has officially obtained their liquor license and will be ready to serve alcohol on Friday.

"Tonelli’s Pizza Pub was officially retired by Gallo’s," Tonelli's posted on Facebook. "Our liquor license was finally transferred. What a great family and a great spot. I believe the spirits will be flowing over there by this weekend."

The Scratch Kitchen is a new concept inspired by everything we’ve learned and loved over the years. Think of it as a spin-off from Gallo’s—featuring favorite Gallo’s classics alongside new chef-driven dishes, fresh flavors, and exciting additions.

"Many of us know Gallo’s Seafood in Northeast Philadelphia," township officials said. "We are delighted they chose Horsham Township for their new concept. We can’t wait until they open, but right now they are hiring and need to fill positions."

"Our goal with The Scratch Kitchen is simple. We wish to create a warm, welcoming neighborhood spot where quality ingredients, scratch-made food, and genuine hospitality come together," The Scratch Kitchen said when it opened.
