HATBORO, PA — Three new businesses have been announced as part of the borough's continued downtown revitalization.
Borough officials said that one of the new businesses opened on Friday.
On Friday, Cocomon World Collectibles held its grand opening at its new location on South York Road on Friday.
The shop features Pokémon collectibles, toys, cards and more.
Also coming soon is a new sushi restaurant and Veil Salon.
Stephen Barth of the Barth Consulting Group was brought back — after working with the town from 2010 to 2018 — by the Hatboro Borough Council to address business concerns and help revitalize a York Road downtown district that saw its activity decline significantly.
Another new business that started construction this week is the Iron Oven restaurant, which is replacing Ross & Co. on South York Road.
