HATBORO, PA — A 29-year-old man has been charged with aggravated assault in a domestic incident on Saturday, police said.
The Hatboro Borough Police Department responded on Saturday to the 300 block of Horsham Road to the report of a shooting.
Police said the victim was involved in a domestic-related disturbance with Keith Johnson.
As the victim tried to leave the area in a vehicle, Johnson stood in the way, produced a firearm and fired one round at the victim, which missed by mere inches, police said.
No injuries were reported in the incident.
Johnson was located shortly after in Philadelphia, where he was arrested and taken to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility.
Johnson was charged with two counts of aggravated assault, making terroristic threats, two counts of simple assault, possession of an instrument of crime, and recklessly endangering another person.
He was arraigned with bail set at $500,000.00 cash.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 1.
