HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA — A 50-acre parcel across from a popular township farm has been acquired by Toll Brothers, according to a report.
Toll Brothers, the Fort Washington-based homebuilder, is paying $11.7 million for the property on Limekiln Pike with approval for 34 luxury homes, the Philadelphia Business Journal reported.
The property is across from Kohler Farms, a popular place throughout the year, especially for pumpkin picking around Halloween.
Toll Brothers already has a property right down the road.
The Regency at Waterside is a 55+ resort-style living, offering luxury single-family homes with an abundance of amenities.
That site came out of the redevelopment of the 193‑acre former Limekiln Golf Course.
Toll Brothers, Inc. is a major U.S. home construction company specializing in luxury homes, master‑planned communities, rental apartments, and urban high‑rise developments.
It was founded by brothers Robert I. Toll and Bruce E. Toll in Pennsylvania in 1967.
