1. What is your stance on data centers in your district?
My stance on data centers in the district is a definite no.
Municipalities need time to revise their zoning and land use ordinances to properly plan for Data Centers — or deny them — and to make sure Data Centers have the proper resources to ensure the wellbeing and safety of their residents.
2. What is the best plan for development in your district?
The best plan for the development of our district in the future is what we have been doing for a number of years. I will continue to support the ongoing funding of infrastructure improvement projects throughout the district that, due to their scale, would not be financially feasible for our individual municipalities to carry the burden of. We have been able, many times, to bring the money out of Harrisburg and into our district.
3. What are some of the top issues in your district?
The top issues in my district are the following: funding for emergency services, school districts, roads and bridges, downtown development, affordable housing, and parks and recreation are just a few. We have been able to help our district in many ways over the past six years and will continue to do so. So many constituents are worried about rising costs and I want to make sure that we have solutions that are available.
