A GoFundMe page, launched by Stefanie Keenan, has raised over $33,000 of its $35,000 goal for the Fenton family.

The GoFundMe page said that Fenton enjoyed playing basketball at the park, intense Xbox gaming sessions, watching history documentaries, and cheering on his Philadelphia sports teams.

The school district issued a statement about Fenton's passing.

"As we remember the Hatboro-Horsham High School student who tragically lost his life, the district's thoughts are with the student's family and all who knew and loved him during this difficult time," school officials said.

School district counselors and high school staff have been available since Monday to provide grief support and a caring space for students as they learned of and began to process the loss.

School officials said that families who are concerned about their child or would like additional support are encouraged to contact their school counselor.
