St. Matthew's Little Pantry is available 24/7 along the church's driveway. It provides essential non-perishable food and personal hygiene items.

Township officials said the pantry is always in need of donations as its shelves often need replenishment several times a week.

There is a container by the doors of the church for residents to leave donations.

Council members thanked St. Matthew's and their volunteers for providing to residents in need.

Meanwhile, the council also awarded a $1,000 check to St. Vincent de Paul food pantry at St. Catherine of Siena Church.

In other township business:

Davis Grove Road has officially reopened. The new culvert and bridge project is now complete.

With the Thanksgiving holiday, the council will meet on Nov. 4 at 6 p.m. and Nov. 18 at 6 p.m.
