Your only task here is to be comfortable! A gently guided breathing practice will be followed by the sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sound making tools. The evocative and intense nature of these vibrations can support a person's movement through emotions, deepen awareness, and activate higher levels of consciousness. We will also explore the use of aromatherapy to support stress reduction and centeredness!
