Café La Fontana Launches New Express Lunch Salad Buffet and Menu
Beginning Monday, March 26th, 2012
The restaurant’s elegant décor, excellent food and fully stocked wine bar compliment any lunchtime meeting. Private meeting rooms are available for presentations, board meetings or seminars.

Established in 1996, La Fontana is known for its specialty Italian cuisine. Restaurant owner, Bill Brusca, hosts daily lunch specials, happy hours and private banquets and parties.
“We have redesigned our lunch menu to accommodate the needs of our business clientele. As the economy is improving there is a greater demand for businesses to develop client relationships and Café La Fontana is the perfect spot to host sales meetings, business lunches or close business deals,” remarked Brusca.

“Our gourmet salad bar is a culinary experience with an extensive selection of items. It’s a virtual feast of gourmet salads, homemade sides, fresh fruits and vegetables, a variety of meats and cheeses, homemade 'soup of the day,' bread and more.”
The new menu created by Executive Chef Frank Faustino, a graduate of the Philadelphia Restaurant School, and Sous Chef Joe Blasetti, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York will be a treat for your taste buds.
The new Express Lunch Salad Buffet is available Monday through Saturdays. Sunday Brunch is offered each week from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
