Blair Mill Road Lane Closure For PECO Project Begins

PennDOT said the utility construction in Horsham Township should take a month.

HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA —A PECO utility improvement project on Blair Mill Road begins Monday with lane closures expected for the next four weeks, PennDOT said.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said that the utility construction is planned for Blair Mill Road in Horsham and Upper Moreland townships under a local safety improvement project.

• Monday, May 1, through Friday, May 26, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., a weekday lane closure with flagging is scheduled on Blair Mill Road between Commerce Avenue/Witmer Road and Veser Lane.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.

PECO Energy will complete these projects under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
