Board Approves Name Change to Hatboro Horsham Hawks (H-H Hawks)

Organization Begins Implementing New Member Initiatives

Horsham, PA – November 24, 2014 – The Horsham Hawks formally changed its bylaws to officially change the name to the Hatboro Horsham Hawks (H-H Hawks). H-H Hawks is a non-profit community organization based in Horsham Township, Montgomery County, PA offering football and cheerleading activities to boys and girls between the ages of 5-15 residing in the Hatboro-Horsham School District and surrounding area (Hatboro, Horsham, Warminster, Willow Grove, Ambler, etc).

“Our entire board wanted to mirror our school district by integrating Hatboro into our name. We have participants from both communities and wanted them to be represented by our Association,” said Dan David, President.

Hawks football players, cheerleaders and families walked in the Hatboro Holiday Parade yesterday giving out candy and informational brochures to the community announcing their new name. The H-H Hawks have several new and updated initiatives that include (for details please visit the link):

Online Registrations start on February 1, 2015 for both Football and Cheer. Be sure to reserve your child’s spot for the 2015 season!

The H-H Hawks was founded to promote and sponsor a program of competitive and instructional, age and weight group football and cheerleading, combined with the teaching, training, and supervision of the ideals of sportsmanship, teamwork, scholarship, and development of good character.
