'Boot Camp' To Prepare Hatboro-Horsham Seniors For College Applications
The camp aims to "demystify" the college application process.

Hatboro-Horsham High School will once again offer its Application Boot Camp for rising seniors.
The program is scheduled for August 25-27, 2015, from 10:00 a.m. to noon, and is designed to prepare students for the college journey.
The three-day course will demystify the application procedure and provide key information and valuable insights to help college-bound seniors successfully navigate the process.

Participants who attend the free camp will learn to develop an application strategy to increase their chances of acceptance, work closely with counselors and college representatives to complete applications, receive pointers and feedback on their college essays, craft winning resumes, and much more!
“Application Boot Camp has been wildly popular and this is our fifth year hosting it,” said Hatboro-Horsham Principal Dennis Williams.

On August 26, 2015, approximately 25 colleges and universities will be onsite for a College Representative Panel.
Representatives will talk to students, run practice interviews, answer questions about the application process and identify the factors important to admissions officers.
At noon, approximately eight colleges will conduct Instant Application Reviews and Acceptances for interested students.
