Breakfast Returning At The Dish Property In Hatboro

HATBORO, PA — They occupy The Dish and now they're planning on dishing out breakfast, just like the former tenant.

After years of 102 South York Road being one of Hatboro’s go-to breakfast spots, Bleigh Street On York is bringing breakfast back.

"We’ve heard from so many of you asking us to bring breakfast back to this location, and we’re excited to finally say… IT’S HAPPENING," Bleigh Street on York recently posted on Facebook.

The business hopes to be serving breakfast sometime next month.

Bleigh Street on York said it is working on a breakfast menu, putting together a team of servers, and getting everything ready.

The business is currently in the process of hiring breakfast staff, including chefs and servers.

"We’re putting our own Bleigh Street twist on breakfast with some unique, creative, chef-inspired specials and dishes you won’t find on your typical breakfast menu," the business said. We’ve got some pretty exciting ideas in the works, and we can’t wait to share them with you."

The Dish closed in March 2025 after owner Jackie Evangelista said it was "unable to bounce back" following the pandemic and "circumstances beyond my control."
