At Aungst Restorative Therapy, we specialize in sports and medical massage designed to help the body recover, perform, and thrive at every level. From youth to professional athletes, active adults to weekend warriors, to those managing chronic pain or preparing for and recovering from surgical procedures. Every session is rooted in a clinical understanding of the body’s structure and function, paired with a passion for empowering clients to move and live without limitation. Using advanced, evidence-based techniques; including cupping therapy, assisted stretching, and Graston Technique, we target the root causes of pain and restriction to restore balance, enhance mobility, and accelerate recovery.
