Action Karate

Hello! My name is Mr. M and my partners name is Ms. Sara. Together we have over 40 years of Martial Arts training and 20+ years of experience teaching. Our goal is to help adults and children achieve the best versions of themselves by using Martial Arts as the vehicle. Each week/month is themed with a life skill such as Focus, discipline and Confidence. During the class kids/adults are taught various kicks, combinations, self defense skills and Martial Arts etiquette. When you walk in the door you can feel the sense of community and family like atmosphere.
