Cerrato Opens 151st Legislative District Office In Horsham

HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA —If you want to meet new state Rep. Melissa Cerrato, the next few weeks may be the perfect opportunity.

Cerrato, who began her tenure as state representative of the 151st Legislative District in early January, has now opened her new legislative district office in the township

"We are 100 percent up and running with over 200 constituents served already," Cerrato told Patch Tuesday.

Cerrato, who defeated longtime state Rep. Todd Stephens in the November general election, has opened her new legislative office at 605 Horsham Road.

With the adjournment of the House until Feb. 27, Cerrato will have plenty of time to meet local constituents.

"I welcome the time to continue the work we have been doing to serve our communities in the 151st," she said. "My office staff and I are hard at work finalizing our office setup and assisting constituents that have requested our help."

The 151st Legislative District includes the Montgomery County communities of Horsham Township, Upper Dublin Township, Montgomery Township, and Ambler Borough.

Cerrato has also met with government officials, including Horsham Township Manager Bill Walker, and schools superintendents. Her district includes the Hatboro-Horsham School District.

She's also planning several events over the coming months.
