HATBORO / HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA —The Horsham Township and Hatboro Borough police departments now have communication cards available at their lobby windows for deaf and hard-of-hearing motorists who would like one.

These cards help the police officer and motorist better identify ways to communicate during a car stop, accident, broken-down vehicle, or other police encounter.

These cards could be kept in the vehicle's visor or with other vehicle documents like the vehicle’s registration and insurance cards.
