Crooked Eye Brewery Opens In Bucks County
The longtime Hatboro staple teamed up with a Chalfont restaurant to open a second location on Saturday.

HATBORO, PA —Crooked Eye Brewery is now open in Bucks County.
The well-known staple in the borough for the past decade teamed up with Fusion Kitchen restaurant in Chalfont to bring its brews into the already existing restaurant at the New Britain Village Square shopping center at Butler Avenue and County Line Road.
"Thank you to everyone who came out for the soft opening at Fusion Kitchen," Crooked Eye Brewery said on Facebook. "It was a great time had by all."

Over the weekend, the Hatboro-based brewery officially opened its new taproom with a launch party on Saturday at the restaurant that brought out the crowds, created an electric vibe with live music and blended great food with on-tap brews.

The collaborative effort will feature eight Crooked Eye brews on tap, 1 guest tap, Pennsylvania wines, spirits, and ciders, and will eventually sell its beers to go.
The restaurant seats up to 50 people in its dining area, plus bar seating, and will offer live music every Friday and Saturday and a trivia night is in the works.
Fusion Kitchen’s owner and executive chef, Walt Marshall, brings to the table 30 years of culinary experience in all cuisines. He trained under several international chefs including iron chefs Jose Garces and Morimoto, and worked under the Stephen Starr restaurant umbrella in Philly’s fine dining scene for 10 years, before opening Fusion Kitchen in 2021.
The brewery restaurant hours are Monday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. The restaurant/brewery is also available for rent for private parties.
