Dad Had Kids In Car During DUI Crash, Later Found In Horsham: Police

Justin Green is charged with endangering the welfare of children, DUI, resisting arrest, having improper child restraint systems and more.

A Warminster man facing DUI charges after a hit-and-run crash on West Street Road Sunday was allegedly drivingwith his two children in the car, according to a report.

Court records show Justin Green, 31, is facing numerous charges following his arrest, including endangering the welfare of children, DUI, resisting arrest, reckless driving and having improper child restraint systems.

Green, who is in Bucks County jail after being unable to post bail set at 10 percent of $500,000, allegedly hit another car while speeding on West Street Road in Warminster. The Bucks County Courier Times reported the force of the crash sent both cars over the median and into the opposite lane of travel.

Green did not stop following the crash, the report said, but a witness took down the license plate number and he was located later in the day in Horsham.

Green was reportedly “belligerent” during his arrest and grabbed a police officer around the head, resulting in resisting arrest charges.

Green’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 10.
