Drunk Passenger Chokes Uber Driver With Seat Belt In Montco: Cops
"Where the (expletive) are you taking me?" the passenger screamed at the driver, just before attacking him.

ABINGTON, PA -- An Uber driver was attacked by a passenger while driving through the Huntingdon Valley section of Abington recently, police said.
The incident occurred on March 3 on Shady Lane at around 11:50 p.m., according to authorities.
The driver, a 52-year-old male, had picked up Andrey Schudlak, also 52, from the 9200 block of Bustleton Avenue in Philadelphia, police said. Their destination was in Lafayette Hill.

While the car progressed along Shady Lane, the passenger, who police said was "heavily intoxicated," became upset, seemingly thinking that the driver was driving the wrong route.
"Where the (expletive) are you taking me?" he screamed, and began to choke the driver with the seatbelt in the back seat.

The driver stopped and the passenger yelled "let me the (expletive) out of this car."
When the assailant was out of the car, the Uber driver went to the police station in Rockledge, reported the incident, and authorities quickly sent out a patrol car which found and detained Schudlak.
Schudlak was charged with assault, reckless endangerment, harassment, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness, authorities said.
A preliminary hearing is forthcoming.
