Earth Day 2024 Festivities In Hatboro Saturday
Residents are invited to the Pennypack Community Center on Saturday for a day of education about Earth Day.
HATBORO, PA —The borough will celebrate Earth Day on Saturday with festivities at the Pennypack Community Center.
The event takes place between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. at Pennypack at 130 Spring Ave.
The Hatboro EAC has arranged for demonstrations, exhibitors, vendors, food, and activities for children and adults

The event encourages community environmental awareness and appreciation through the slogan "Think Global, Act Hatboro."

The borough said residents can meet Bindy and learn about various initiatives aimed at preserving the planet.
Borough officials said the event will provide "valuable insights" on proper waste disposal and recycling techniques through informative presentations utilizing the borough's Recycling Truck and Recycling Bins funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
