If you hated studying geography in school, then this walk's for you! Willow Grove straddles two tremendous divisions of the earth's crust, and these divisions have had very visible effects on the human and natural inhabitants of the Pennypack valley. Come explore with Executive Director David Robertson what power the earth held over the builders of Mason's Mill on this vigorous four-mile hike. Most of the walk is on easy dirt trails alongside Pennypack Creek, but walkers will have to climb one long, steep hill out of the valley at the end. Free. Pre-registration required by calling the Trust office at 215.657.0830. A Willow Grove Tri-Centennial Celebration event.
