Action Fitness for Beginner Kids

During the past 20 years there has been a dramatic increase in obesity in the US.  The latest studies show that 1 in 3 children are either overweight or obese - that's a 300% increase in the past 2 decades.

Action Fitness is dedicated to helping combat this nationwide epidemic and to making a difference in the community.  Grade school students will participate in exercises to build coordination, strength ad balance through a combination of basic martial arts moves, aerobics, and cardio training.  The goal of this program is to create a positive environment to help children physically as well as teach them to be confident and respectful.  Children need to learn to have enough respect for themselves to eat healthy and take care of their bodies.  Fostering these healthy habits now is designed to give them a strong foundation for the future.  Please call Michael at 215-637-6701 for more information.
