Action Fitness for Ninja Sharks
During the past 20 years there has been a dramatic increase in obesity in the US. The latest studies show that 1 in 3 children are either overweight or obese - that's a 300% increase in the past 2 decades.
Action Fitness is dedicated to helping combat this nationwide epidemic and to making a difference in the community. School age children will work on building muscle tone and coordination through a combination of aerobic, martial arts and gymnastic exercises and drills. At the same time, they will work on skills like teamwork, memory and confidence in order to build a healthy body and mind. Price includes 12 sessions.
