Olympic Spirit Gymnastics Program

Involve your children in an Olympic Sport designed to provide a fun, challenging and supportive environment concentrating on the fundamentals of gymnastics.   Every apparatus (bars, beam, floor and vault for girls, pommel horse drills and rings for boys) will be covered throughout the classes including trampoline drills, concentrating on the fundamentals of gymnastics.  Watch your child's strength and coordination increase along with their self-confidence.  Price includes 10 class sessions.

When:

Fridays, January 14 - March 18

Session 1: 5 pm - 5:45 pm

Session 2: 6 pm - 6:45 pm
