The 45 minute class combines high intensity aerobics with functional strength training that improves strength, energy, bone density, increased metabolism and cardiovascular endurance. This class utilizes weight training by using dumbbells and body weight resistance alternating with cardio movements for a fat burning and muscle toning fun fitness program. All fitness levels are welcome. A great class to join after dropping off the kids at preschool!
