Free Community Health Workshop
Free weight loss workshop, Thursday, January 29, from 7-8 p.m. in Doylestown

Is losing a little weight and living a healthier lifestyle on your resolution list this year? Have you tried to make changes before, but didn’t have the support you needed to make it stick? Do you feel like it would be easier to change if you had cheerleaders and someone to be accountable to? Come join a free Weight Loss Group Workshop, Thursday, January 29, from 7-8 p.m. in Doylestown.
This group is the perfect setting to really make lasting changes. The group meets for one hour every other week. Each meeting will feature a discussion about topics such as emotional eating, exercise, and meal planning, plus we’ll have plenty of time to set and follow up on your goals. All sessions are led by a registered dietitian and a personal trainer, so it is also a great resource for your questions.
This workshop is a free service to the community - there is no cost. Workshops will be held every other Thursday at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, located at 1255 Ferry Road in Doylestown.
