Join us Friday night October 30th for a fun Pre-Halloween Yoga Party! We will flow through an hour of fun filled glow stick yoga with upbeat music, followed by refreshments and mingle time in the cafe!
Costumes are highly encouraged!
The low down:
6:30-7:30pm Glow Flow with righteous tunes led by Megan
8-9pm Par-tay in the Cafe
