Guilty Plea In Drug-Related Crash That Killed Woman In Horsham
The suspect admitted to being high when she ran over a killed a 71-year-old in 2014.

A woman has pleaded guilty to being under the influence of drugs when she ran a red light and killed a Horsham woman last year, according to multiple reports.
Kelly Sanfratello, 36, of Quakertown, ran a red light at Easton Road and County Line Road on November 21, 2014, CBS News reports.
She hit a car driven by Anne Marie Schnerr, 71, who died at the scene, reports state.
