Hatboro Bus Driver Sexually Assaulted 2 Disabled Passengers: Police
A 78-year-old bus driver from Hatboro has been arrested on sexual assault charges. Police say he inappropriately touched disabled passengers

HATBORO, PA — A 78-year-old bus driver from Hatboro has been arrested on sexual assault charges after police in Warrington allege he inappropriately touched two disabled adult female passengers.
Police said Donald Houle, a Customized Community Transportation (CCT) bus driver contracted by SEPTA, touched the two passengers on separate occasions.
One of the victims told investigators that she was picked up at her Warrington residence in May by bus driver "Donald," who touched her vagina over her clothing while he was buckling her seatbelt. She told investigators the incident scared her.

A second victim, who leaves in Feasterville, described similar situations. She said one two occasions, her CCT bus driver touched her "in not a nice way." The victim told police when he touched her the first time, she told him to stop and he said "ok." One of the incidents occurred in the driveway of the other victim's home in Warrington, police said.
Police said Houle was employed by Easton Coach, a company contracted by SEPTA.

Houle was arrested Sept. 29 after an investigation and arraigned on charges of institutional sexual assault and indecent assault. His bail was set at $500,000 unsecured.
