Hatboro Council Reorganizes, New Police Officer Hired

At its reorganization meeting on Tuesday, Hatboro Council approved keeping its president and vice president the same as 2023.

HATBORO, PA —The three Nicoles are back.

With Hatboro's reorganization meeting on Tuesday night, Nicole Reichner, Nicole McMenamin, and Nicole Shay were sworn in by Mayor Tim Schultz along with Councilwoman Amanda Jacobus.

"It feels great to be elected," Shay told Patch Wednesday. "I look forward to serving the next four years. I was appointed so this is my first win."

The four rejoined the seven-member board, which appointed George Bollendorf once again as council president along with Dave Stockton for vice president for another year following the oaths of office.

McMenamin will continue serving as Council Pro-Tem.

"Congratulations to our dedicated Borough Council members who were re-elected in November to serve the Hatboro community for another term," borough officials said. Our newly re-elected councilwomen are extremely excited for the opportunity to continue serving Hatboro."

Hatboro also swore in its newest police officer Adam Suder, who was born and raised in Hatboro.

"We are excited to have him join the Borough Police Force," State Rep. Nancy Guenst said.
