Hatboro Eagle Scout Collecting American Flags That Are No Longer Serviceable

HATBORO, PA -- Have an American flag that is damaged or no longer serviceable? Donate it for a good cause.
A local Boy Scout is using the flags for his Eagle Scout project, which will involve a ceremony displaying the proper way to retire flags.
The ceremony will take place on Flag Day, which is Wednesday, June 14 at 8 p.m. at Memorial Park behind Hatboro Pool.

Flags may be dropped off at the following locations:
- Borough Hall
- Hatboro Police Station
- Enterprise Fire Company
- Hatboro Union Library
- Lehman Church
- Hatboro Baptist Church
- American Legion Post 798 (Hatboro)
- VFW Post 9788 (Horsham)
- VFW Post 6493 (Warminster)
