Hatboro-Hatboro Elementary Teachers Send Donations To Cancer Charity

Teachers at Simmons Elementary School in Hatboro-Horsham are taking care of more than just their students.

They’re making sure they give back to the community, too.

Teachers recently organized to send off “dress-down day” donations to Kelly’s Heroes, a New Jersey based,

The group sent money on Friday, September 25.

Kelly’s Heroes, which raises funds for cancer research, was named for Steve Kelly, whose hard-fought efforts against pancreatic cancer inspired the foundation.
