HATBORO, PA —How spooky can you get? The Borough of Hatboro would like to know.

"Hatboro Haunts" —the borough-wide decorating contest —is now underway and open to homes and businesses to get creative with America's favorite haunting holiday less than a month away.

"Join your neighbors and business owners by decorating your house, lawn, mailbox, porch, or create a scarecrow for Halloween," the borough said.

Homes will be judged by special guest volunteers and the best homes will win prizes, officials said.
