HORSHAM, PA -- Hatboro-Horsham School District is considering offering full-day Kindergarten and recently launched a survey to determine interest from parents and other District stakeholders. Half-day Kindergarten is currently offered at the District’s five elementary schools.

The survey is administered by Hanover Research, an independent research firm. Responses are anonymous and will be kept confidential. Information gleaned from the results will help District administrators assess interest in full-day Kindergarten and make the most appropriate recommendations to the Board of School Directors.

Survey questions are geared to all stakeholders, regardless of whether they have children enrolled in the District.

“The short survey is intended to get a quick response about how residents- especially current parents and parents of preschoolers – feel about full-day Kindergarten. The results will help the District determine its next steps,” said Curtis J. Griffin, Ed.D, Hatboro-Horsham School District Superintendent.
