Hatboro Horsham Hawks Open Call for Cheer Coaches
Volunteer Coaches Needed for the 2017 Season
We want you to join Hatboro Horsham Hawks Cheer! We are revitalizing our programs and are searching for dedicated volunteers for our Head, Assistant and Jr. Cheer Coach positions. As we grow, we will look to move to a year-round model for Cheer and Dance programs in 2018.
The Hawks cheerleading team is a member of the Bux-Mont Youth Cheerleading League for girls between the ages of 5-15. The Bux-Mont Youth League exists to promote and sponsor a Pop Warner youth program of competitive age cheerleading combined with the teaching, training and supervision of the ideals of sportsmanship, teamwork, scholarship and development of good character. The Bux-Mont league organizes the following league activities:
- Traditional Season 2017: August 1 - December 31
- NEW! Year-Round Cheer begins in 2018: January 1 - July 31
- Teams will participate in Cheerleading Competitions
- Scholar Athlete Program that recognizes scholastic achievement
- Coaches Certification/ Criminal Background Checks
- Provided by Organization
