The first bell on the 2015-16 school year is about to ring and that means parents need to get their calendars in order. To help out, we’ve compiled a listing of important dates in the coming year:
- First Day of School: September 8
- Rosh Hashanah (No School): September 14-15
- Yom Kippur (No School): September 23
- Early Dismissal: October 9
- Early Dismissal: October 14
- Election Day (No School): November 3
- Early Dismissal: November 25
- Thanksgiving Break: November 26, and 27
- Early Dismissal: December 17-18
- Early Dismissal: December 23
- Winter Recess: December 24 - January 1
- School Resumes: January 4
- Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service (No School): January 18
- Records Day (No School): February 3
- Early Dismissal: February 11
- No School: February 12
- President’s Day (No School): February 15
- Staff Development (Early Dismissal): March 4
