Hatboro-Horsham School Board Hires 4 New Administrators

The Hatboro-Horsham School Board signed off on the additions at its July 20 meeting.

HATBORO / HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA — The Hatboro-Horsham School Board has approved several administrators for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year.

At its July 20 meeting, the school board unanimously signed off on four major moves.

  • Director of Human Resources Christine Welsh is moving into a new role as Director of Employee Relations. Her salary is $188,734 a year.
  • Kelli Sendel, principal of Crooked Billet Elementary School, will mark her 20th year in the school district with her new role as director of human resources. She will earn an annual salary of $182,000. Sendel served as principal of Crooked Billet Elementary for 13 years and also worked as an assistant principal at Simmons Elementary and as a math teacher at Keith Valley and the high school.
  • Bob Campman, the assistant principal of the Crooked Billet Elementary School, will serve as the school's interim principal. He will earn $138,723 a year.
  • Brad McDaniel was named as assistant principal of the Hatboro-Horsham High School. McDaniel was the ninth-grade principal at Northeast High School in Philadelphia. He was hired with a salary of $142,000 a year.
