Hatboro-Horsham Schools Look To Overcome $1.6 Million Defecit
The budget deadline for 2015-16 is rapidly approaching.

The budget deadline is rapidly approaching and the Hatboro-Horsham School District is still facing a $1.6 million deficit, according to a report by The Intelligencer.
The number would be dropped down to about $400k if the district follows a plan to raise taxes by 1.9%, the number which the state’s property tax law allows, according to the report.
In the meantime, the district is looking for other ways to save money and make reductions, the report states.
