Where:
Hatboro Little League Clubhouse
Who:
Boys - Ages 4 - 16 (Must be 4 years old before April 30th, 2014)
Girls - Ages 4 - 16 (Must be 4 years old before December 31st, 2013)
Cost:
$130 for one Player
$190 for two Players
$240 for three or more players
*** Cost includes a $50 prepaid fundraiser per family. You will receive 1 raffle ticket for each dollar paid. If you sell all your tickets,
you can reduce your cost to zero. Cost also includes a Uniform shirt, hat, and socks.
Note: There will be a late fee of $20 per child if you register after these dates
*** ALL NEW PLAYERS MUST SHOW PROOF OF AGE AND RESIEDENCY:
Please bring a copy of each child’s birth certificate to registration (or the original so we can make a copy)
All players must live within Hatboro Little League boundaries.
Forms Needed:
- All Players: Player Reg./Medical Release, Volunteer Form.
*** All forms may be filled out prior to registration to save you time.
*** All volunteers are subject to a background check.
