Hatboro Man Allegedly Had Over 1,500 Child Porn Images And Videos: DA

A Hatboro man has been arrested for a massive stash of over 1,500 child pornography images and videos, according to Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security had been onto the case of the local man, Pablo Rodriguez, and turned over a cache of digital media that had been seized from him to the Hatboro Police, according to the DA.

Among the videos and images that were turned over on September 8, children as young as three years old were displaying their genitalia and were portrayed in other sexual positions and situations, the DA said.

Officials also determined that Rodriguez was exchanging the pornographic materials with several other users online, via email, according to the DA.

Rodriguez was arraigned on October 19 and bail was set at $100,000, on the condition he have no access to either the Internet or children, the DA said.

His hearing his scheduled for October 28 at 10 a.m.
