Hatboro Man Tried To Purchase Gun Illegally: PD
Hatboro Police were notified by PA State Police regarding the June incident. The suspect turned himself in on Tuesday.
HATBORO, PA — The Hatboro Borough Police Department has charged a 48-year-old man who they say provided false information while trying to purchase a firearm illegally.
Ely Diaz-Jimenez was charged with one count of the sale or transfer of firearms and one count of unsworn falsification to authorities for an incident on June 26.
Diaz-Jimenez turned himself in on Tuesday. He faces a preliminary hearing on Oct. 15.
