Hatboro Sues Builders For 'Faulty Construction' Of Fire Company, Reports Say

Hatboro is suing the builders of an addition to the Enterprise Fire Company for “faulty construction,” saying that there is water running through the walls, and that it’s an “emergency situation,” according to the Intelligencer.
The problem is mainly with a 2,500-square-foot addition added on four years ago by Titanium Enterprises of Bensalem, the report states.
The addition, which cost $1.4 million, must be quickly repaired, Hatboro officials said, the report states.

The section at risk includes a laundry, showers, training facilities, and offices, according to the report.
