Matt Harkins, a Hatboro-Horsham 119-pounder, defeats Council Rock South's Mack Moore by  a 9-4 decision, during Saturday's  semi-final round of the 2011 PIAA AAA District 1 North Wrestling Championship at Council Rock North High School.
