Horsham Farmers Market Recognized By Philly Magazine

The Horsham Farmers Market was chosen among 11 top destinations in the region for the month, a magazine stated.

HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA —The Horsham Farmers Market is the place to be on Sundays this month.

With only a few weeks left in its season, the market was recognized by Philadelphia Style Magazine as one of the "11 Best Events in Philadelphia This October.”

"Enjoy the fruits of peak harvest season at Horsham Farmer’s Market," the magazine stated. "The annual fall fest features local, organic produce vendors alongside local food trucks, such as Cousins Maine Lobster and Fruits of Our Labor Smoothies. It’s a celebration of the changing seasons that you won’t want to miss."

The market will be open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday at 1025 Horsham Road at the Horsham Township Municipal Complex.

Township officials congratulated the market on the achievement.

"A well-deserved recognition for all the work that the amazing workers and volunteers do to make it happen," the township said.

The Horsham Farmers Market was recognized by the Horsham Township Council before its season started in June for winning Best Farmers Market in Montgomery County.

The market runs through Oct. 29.
