Horsham Little League Complex Devastated by Hurricane Ida
Deep Meadow Park field complex sustains massive damage from flooding and winds impacting Horsham Little League programs.

An important message from Horsham Little League:
Much like various parts of our community, the Horsham Little League complex at Deep Meadow Park has sustained significant damage as the remnants of Hurricane Ida swept through our region last week. The damage to the complex is extensive, with multiple fields unrecognizable.
The floodwaters that engulfed the complex ripped multiple fences from their foundations, totally washed away gravel trails that lead to the back of the complex and left dozens of canyon-sized holes across nearly every infield. The parking lot is also a disaster, marred with mud, massive pot-holes and debris. Downed trees also litter the complex.

Given the damage to the complex (photos here) and the uncertainty surrounding the timing and costs of repairs, the Executive Board voted unanimously on Wednesday to cancel the Fall Sandlot season. Refunds will be issued on/around September 20th. If you are interested in donating your $50 registration fee to assist in our cleanup efforts, please send a message to Patrick Gordon and mention you want your funds to be allocated to help the facility prepare for the spring 2022 baseball and softball season.
We understand more pressing matters are facing our community right now in comparison to our needs with Horsham Little League, so we wish all of our supporters the best and hope to see you back on the fields in the spring. As always, thank you for your support.
