Horsham Man Admits To $1 Million In Tax Evasion
A Horsham man and local business owner pleaded guilty to evading taxes on more than $1 million in income, authorities said.

HORSHAM, PA — A Horsham man and local business owner pleaded guilty to evading taxes on more than $1 million in income, authorities said.
David Foster, 52, pleaded guilty on Thursday in U.S. District Court to the charges, court documents show.
Foster owned Dave's Appliance Repair, a Horsham-based home appliance repair company that had around 15 employees, according to officials.

The IRS said that in March 2009, Foster opened a business checking account at TD Bank.
From Jan. 2013 to Sept. 2016, Foster used that account to deposit business receipts, while concealing the existence of the account from his company's accountant, authorities said.
