HORSHAM, PA -- A Horsham man is among Montgomery County's most wanted DUI criminals, according to the District Attorney's Office.
Thomas Keyser, 35, is wanted on one active warrant which includes charges of driving under the influence, the DA said.
It's Keyser's second offense.

His last known addresses are 337 Dresher Road, Apt B, 314 Garden Ave, and 300 Witmer Road.
