Horsham Man Among Suspects Whole Stole Thousands In Checks And Jewelry Stolen From Elderly: Repor

A man and three co-conspirators are reportedly charged with stealing personal checks and jewelry belonging to the man's late grandmother.

Four individuals have been arrested for stealing thousands of dollars in personal check and jewelry from the grandfather of one of the suspects, according to a story in The Reporter.

Ryan Tyler Linde, 23, asked if he could come by his grandfather’s home in Lansdale on March 9 to pick up some of his stuff, the report states, and his grandfather said that he wouldn’t be home and just to pick it up off the porch. The grandfather was allegedly concerned about Linde’s drug dependency.

When the grandfather returned home, he noted that $2,300 in jewelry that had belonged his late wife - Linde’s grandmother - had gone missing, along with $200 in change from the piggy bank, and checks from a checkbook had been torn out, the report states.
